China National Heavy Duty Truck Group Corporation (hereafter CNHTC) is a main production base of heavy duty trucks and military trucks in China, and also the cradle of the heavy duty truck industry in China. We are famous for manufacturing the first heavy duty truck (Huanghe JN150) of China, introducing STEYR heavy duty truck technology successfully and jointly manufacturing heavy trucks with advanced world standard together with VOLVO.

CNHTC possesses well-rounded capability of developing and manufacturing heavy duty trucks, assemblies and components. Now CNHTC has more than 800 different types of trucks including HOWO, STEYR, STEYR King and Huanghe Prince. Basically, these types can meet the desire of the heavy trucks market. In 2004, CNHTC fully carried out the international strategy, taking CNHTC Import and Export Company as the bridge and has primarily formed three big marketing networks: Gulf area with Saudi Arab as center, African area with Nigeria as center and Northeast Asian area with Indonesia as center.

CNHTC is fully carrying out the four strategies of "internationalization, leading technique, regionalization and low cost", basing ourselves upon enhancing the core competitiveness. On the basis of 45,000 units of production and sale volume in 2004, the target of 60,000 units in 2005 is set up.
